We are excited to present our newest staff member Matt Pick! Matt is the promotional development and merchandise design head which is the core to our new Defend Life youth outreach campaign. Matt comes from a rich academic background as well as a personal connection to what OnLife is, and looks forward to begin work with us. Welcome aboard, Matt!
OnLife is excited to announce the addition of two more volunteers to our team. Sharon Gao and Judy Rattana are local San Diego volunteers who have been longtime advocates for suicide prevention and non-profit work. Sharon is currently a student at Torrey Pines High School who specializes in graphic design, and will be helping us in developing new posters, flyers and website graphics. Judy has worked and volunteered around many non-profits in Southern California and will help OnLife with public relations and event planning. Welcome aboard!
A big heartfelt thanks goes out to all of our supporters, friends, staff, family and community sponsors for our 2nd annual fundraiser even better than our first! It was a memorable night with great prizes raffled off to lucky winners, coming together of people supporting suicide prevention and OnLife, so it was an all-around good time. We exceeded our goal in raising money all thanks to everyone who came out and bought raffle tickets and just overall having a great time at El Dorado. Thanks again to our sponsors: Shirojo Clothing, Riviera Magazine, IRONS Clothing, DTS, and last but not least El Dorado for hosting this event. As a part of OnLife’s continuing college tour, we have made our way south to the University of Tennessee! OnLife spent the afternoon handing flyers out as well as talking to faculty and students about the importance of suicide prevention and awareness. OnLife was well-received there and the people we have spoke to said we were welcome to come back anytime in the future.
